Warranty & Disclaimer:
Products sold by AeroSpeed Performance may not all be street legal use. Please be aware that our products are not ADR Approved unless otherwise specified. Responsibility is upon the customer to comply with their local, state and national authority in regards to the legality of their vehicle. AeroSpeed Performance is not responsible or liable for any damages once the items have left our warehouse through our strict inspections of product's quality.
Please note, some product's image will vary with actual products on hand.
Installation on all our products are always recommended to be carried out by professionals. Customer understands that few products will require modifications and alterations in order to achieve the correct fitment. Certain products will require painting to match customer's vehicle.
Products are NOT REFUNDABLE once they have been modified, altered, damaged or painted.
Our products do require professional installation as minor adjustment and alterations are sometimes necessary. Rarely Carbon Fibre, Carbon Fibre Glass and Fibre Glass products will come out 1:1 but with professional installation all our products can be fitted. There will be inevitable imperfections and blemishes as part of the hand-crafted process and they will NOT be considered as defective item.
Photographic evidence of possibly defective items is ALWAYS REQUIRED prior to return claims.
Under the circumstances that a product is deemed defective and/or faulty the vendor (AeroSpeed Performance Pty Ltd) will have the final decision to issue an exchange/replacement and/or refund.
Product Dispatch and Shipping:
In-stock items will be shipped out within two business days from when we receive payment. Depending on your location in Australia, estimated shipping length may take 2-5 business days. For regional areas may take from 2 weeks or longer.
For Made-to-Order and Out-of-Stock items they will normally take 8-16 weeks until delivery, and for smaller items they may take 6-10 weeks, although this can be change based on various events that can impact out supply chain from production/moulding through to logistics and delivery. For a more accurate check for stock or estimated arrival time it will be best to contact us directly.
We do highly recommend customers to contact us through email directly in regards to inventory before you continue with your purchase. Refunds are NOT ACCEPTED for change of mind purchases, as you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions that you are potentially purchasing an item that is not immediately available. If you want to proceed and cancel your order, a 20% Cancellation Fee applies.
Please do keep in mind that sometimes we may ship out using a different courier than the service selected upon checkout. This may be due to reasons such as: costs higher than the customer has paid for, residential collection/delivery leading to hidden fees, insurance on parcel(s) and other reasons. Please do contact us if you have any concerns, and would prefer on a specific courier service provider and we may organise (additional fees may incur).
All orders are carefully inspected, packed and sealed to minimise the potential for damage. However, damage may occur despite our efforts, due to variables out of our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging and the product's condition upon receiving them.
Should there be damage to the product, all issues and imperfections must be noted down and photos for proof of damage upon delivery in addition to the receipt, the Driver and all details pertaining to delivery.
All packaging materials must be retained, for inspection by appropriate authorities. A signed receipt without any notation or review indemnifies the carrier and AeroSpeed Performance from damage claims.
All damages must be immediately notified to the carrier and AeroSpeed Performance within 24 hours of receipt. Should the procedures of notation and receipt be appropriately executed, the carrier will determine how to best proceed.
AeroSpeed Performance is not responsible for items lost or damage.
We strongly recommend that everyone will consider their purchase carefully, as large variety of our numbers are made to order and shipped to customer specification and may come with charges to return them.
If for whatever reason you do change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we're happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging (excluding made-to-order product). This option is available for 14 days after delivery and a 30% Restock/Cancellation Fee applies plus the shipping fee of the product and the booking returned to us. Unfortunately all of our Made-to-Order and Out-of-Stock items will incur a 30% Cancellation Fee unless the item has not been delivered within the 12-16 weeks range.
We will accept stocked items back even if you have opened the items to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days from the day of delivery. The goods must be in "as new" condition and returned in the original, undamaged packing. We do not accept used or installed products, whilst the items are in your possession you must take care of them and not use them. Please note we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, but we can issue a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- is unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if:
- You return your product without proof of purchase.
- The products have been sat in, used, any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged.
- The products were a special or customised order.
- The products were not originally purchased from us.
- The products was deemed defective without proof of professional installation.
- The products were damaged in freight and insurance was not purchased.
- A holding deposit was left for a specific product and/or order.
Please note all our items are wrapped up in bubble wrap and shipped out with a hard reinforced cardboard box however sometimes freight damage does occur due to freight Companies. We will not take responsibility for any freight damage that occurs during transportation, we highly recommend the buyer purchases freight insurance. Please contact us if you wish to purchase freight insurance with your order.
